Cze¶æ

If you were describing a boy and girl and were saying they are not old, they are young, which plural would you use? Would it be m³ode and stare because you're describing a mixed group?

No, it wouldn't. You'll say: m³ode i stare kobiety; m³ode i stare zwierzêta, so you'll use the plural adjective m³ode when refering to the niemêskoosobowy gender.

You'd say: m³odzi i starzy mê¿czy¼ni, m³odzi i starzy ¿o³nierze, so for the mêskoosobowy gender it is the m³odzi form.

For a mixed group of people, you'll use what you use for a group of males: [ten] ch³opak i [ta] dziewczyna; oni nie s± starzy, oni s± m³odzi.

In Polish in Plural we have two genders:

Male People Gender (oni) -i/-y starzy, m³odzi
Not Male People Gender (one) (the rest: women, children, anmals and things, I know it is kind of masculism (-:) -e m³ode, stare
If we have a mixed group let'say 1 man and 100 women
always Male people gender is stronger

Male People Gender
M -i/-y
D -ych/-ich
C -ym/-im
B=D
N -ymi/-imi
Ms=D
W=M

Not Male People Gender
M -e
D -ych/-ich
C -ym/-im
B=M
N-ymi/-imi
Ms=D
W=M

All other (women, things): -e (the same as in singular)

But only in Singular Neutral! Female and Male gender are different.

Notice We have 3 genders in Sngular (male female neutral) and only 2 in Plural (have a look above)

Take a look at:
m³ody
stary

You can find declensions at the bottom of the pages.

And only in the nominative case.
