Hail hail to Boruc and Zurawski

It was a Pole at work who said to me that he should get booted... [this was directly after the old firm match though...]

agree with what you say, I see he has to learn a bit about sportsmanship also from the huns match - what was that all about ?

1. Boruc is not the best Goalkeeper in the world, he is very good yes but not number one. Let's not run away with ourselves the kind of mistakes he has been making lately you don't see from class keepers such as Buffon Chech and Cassilas. He is up and coming and age is on his side but if you think he's better than Buffon then your dreaming and not on the same earth as me, lol.

2. Zurawski, i think they call him magic don't they, well his best trick is to disappear of the pitch because he seems to go missing a lot of you ask me :) There are plenty of better Polish strikers and attacking midfielders than this washed up journeyman

Zurawski definitely made a difference in the Poland v Kazakhstan game ...... he came on in the second half with Poland losing 1-0, and was instrumental in Polska's improved performance culminating in a superb pass to Smolarek for the third goal.

I think his days at Celtic are numbered ....... time to move on :o)



true ... but he's getting there .... he made a world class save last night against Benfica !

exactly Kazakhstan, a pub team if that!!!!! a half decent player should be able to make a difference against a sorry lot such as them, although i do understand they have beaten Serbia in the same group.


yes he can make classy saves but i haven't seen a save where you think 'wow how did he get to that, he had no right in saving that shot' that shows a true world class goalkeeper, don't get me wrong i wouldn't say he's bad, no way but if it was a choice between current Juve keeper Buffon and him i would have to land on the side of GG. Although when he retires Artur is more than welcome at the Bianconeri :)

I believe Portugal have a few 'half decent' players, and yet they made hard work in beating Kazakhstan recently ...... 2-1 , scoring their second in the 90th minute !

and they are right.they see him play each week.boruc is far better than a keeper whom you loved so mach not so long ago- mr shaky robinson or what about nr 2 in the english goal mr calamity james? is he always so confident and doesn't make mistakes?
another wonder boy junior schmeichel?the sun and your FA wanted to make him englands nr1 after robinson's recent howlers.i saw him play for man city and heard comments.i thought WTF am i watching the same guy?he was awful.
c'mon i can't see many better keepers than boruc now.cech,buffon,casillas maybe dida.if boruc played in a better(no offence!) team he would he would do as good as the keepers mentioned above

I think most English fans would be the first to admit that Robinson and James are not the greatest keepers. Some of Robinson's mistakes are nothing compared to this though from your beloved Boruc, or 'Borat' as some sections of the press now refer to him.

They are right because they watch Boruc every week but you make a judgement on Craig Gordon based on having seen him how many times exactly?

Gordon is the better keeper and will remain so as long as Boruc carries on with the cabaret act.

lots of great goalkeepers make mistakes like that now and again but it doesn't change the fact that boruc saved celtic and also poland many times.if he was so bad why would celtic fans say that celtic have the best goalkeeper in 20 years?

robinson (sorry i can't remember his first name).he plays for tottenham and england.he played ok but this year wasn't the best for him as he made series of mistakes for both england and his club.some say that his confidence was shattered by the press and mr big teeth mclaren...
