Have fun ... should be a blast!

Thanks GrandeSande,

You're right; the concert was a blast. The only problem is it was outdoors. I nearly baked to death!

EW & F - magic live performers. How much has the lineup changed?

Measure of their talent, even I used to dance without be coerced when Boogie Wonderland came on.

The group still looks and sounds fantastic. Philip Bailey does have a magical voice.
I just wish Maurice White was still performing. He was absent due to his struggle with Parkinson's disease.

How hot was it? It was 102 here in the SF Bay area. Fortunately we don't have high humidity! It's supposed to get cooler on Friday.

I believe today it hit the 100 degree mark. Yesterday some parts of the Inland Empire hit over 108 degrees.

My dog is sitting on my lap petrified, from the loud noise of the city's fireworks show. It
finally finished a few minutes ago.

I just came from a SPECTACULAR fireworks show, with patriotic songs blasting from huge speakers in background, and an estimated 40,000 people gathered around. There were 4 of us, drinking beer, snacking on crackers & cheese...with cherries for dessert, hanging out afterwords. The weather is just perfect and it was a perfect evening.
It's going to be hard to get up tomorrow morning...
