Haunted Homes in Poland

I lived in a very old house in Poland. My bedroom was upstairs and I would always sleep with my dog or cat. Every so often the dog would look in the corner of the ceiling and move his eyes to the other corner. I thought it was a spider or something. But then when I had the cat up there, they would both do it.
I found out later, that there was a woman killed during the war in that house. My brother had a room next to mine and he had woken up several times in the middle of the night screaming, that he saw a body floating. He didn't see the head, only the body.
Animals can sense entities, which often do appear in the corners of the ceiling.
Has anyone else experienced strange incidences?

that's true.i do believe in ghostswhen i was younger meand my friend were trying to call ghosts from beyond their graves and we did it, belive it or not.it was very scary. we didn't hear it we didn't see it and it answered by moving a plate on the table(we didn't touch anything but the plate was moving !).the plate had 2 marks on it on opposite side.2 words were written on opposite side of the table too(yes and no).since then i never did again

So you were messing with a less complicated version of ouija table. I've heard that it can be very dangerous. Hadn't you seen what happened to the girl from "The Exsorcist"?

I have been messing around with the QUIJA BOARD with my friends. At first it was a lot of fun when that thing moves around and starts spelling words out, but then bad things started to happen. We went to a cemetery and asked to speak with someone. He told us his name and we asked him how he died. But there were too many souls that wanted to communicate and the thing wouln't stop moving. We got freaked out.
I don't touch that thing anymore. It is evil.

thats not funny as it had happened for real.i couldn't sleep in this room afterwards.i was alone in the room lying in dark on the bed when i heard something fell on the floor.i checked it .it was a box of maches which i put in the middle of the table earlier on.i ran out of this bloody room and refused to come back there
if i remember when u call a ghost u have to call it off after the session but we were so scared that we didn't.i just wonder if this gohst is still there

The ouija board is perfectly safe provided that you treat it - and the communicating spirits - with some respect.
Look at it from the spirit world's point of view - you sit around a board and ask stupid questions - some mischievous spirit is looking on and thinking that they can have great fun frightening the living daylights out of you!

I am a working Medium - for more than 20 years - there is nothing to be afraid of!

I have a question for you.There is a cemetery I go to with my friends when we have nothing better to do. We sit there in the dark and wait for something to scare us. It is very old and there are Indian Mounds near by. There are children burried there. One time my friends saw a little girl standing next to another friend. Later when we got home there were small handprints all over the car.
While sitting there at night we see lights. A lot of white lights. And one day we saw a blue light appear from nowhere. It was not moving and we started to get scared. Then we heard wild dogs and sound of running horses.
That was it! We tore out of there as fast as we could, but then we heard something dragging on the bottom of our vehicle.
Do spirits follow you home and bring bad luck? The light we saw was a very pretty blue.I heard it's a good spirit. Right?
We respect the cemetery and don't disturb anybody but we like to get scared for entertainment. (childish behaviour, I know).
I have more questions later.

a little bit off the topic. have you ever hard that if someone has a dream about teeth it means that someone will die?
my friend is a kinda medium and she twice predicted someones death after such a dream

I`d say that you see ghosts only when you expect to see them and all of what you`re describing here exists only in peoples minds..

They say also if you hear a knocking, somebody will die.
My dog and my horse died when I heard knockings, but I'm sure it was just a coincidence.

krysia stop it your stories are scary! Especially the first one with animals, I do believe in ghosts thats why I never try to contact with them and I dont want to have anything common with ghosts, my life is complicated enough without them.

But here's a true story:

One time my friends were at a cemetery at night. (because they wanted some excitement in their lives, I guess). This one dude got mad at his mother and went to sit on a grave. In the meantime, the mother see's him walking in front of their car. She calls his name and he SLOWLY turns his head around and keeps walking. Suddenly they hear the dude running and screaming from the cemetary yelling:
"Let's get out of here! Fast"
After they got a safe distance away, they asked him why wouldn't he stop when they called his name? He said he was never there. He was sitting the whole time on the grave. They asked him why was he so scared?
he said:
"I got really scared because When I was sitting there on the grave, I heard a voice saying: "I'll get her for you".

This really happened.

The spirit world are around us ALL THE TIME! Our Guides and Helpers, people who help us along in this earthly world. You cannot, therefore, be haunted!
No, a spirit will not usually follow you home, either.

In imagery, the dreaming of teeth falling out means that the person is out of control with something going on in their own life. If the person who said this is a Medium then they should understand this.

If a knocking in the house signified a death I would have had thousands around me so far!

The spirit world will knock, interfere with electric lighting, heating systems, etc, simply to let you know that someone is around watching you.
You are never ever left alone, not even for a second.

There is nothing to be afraid of!

Thank you for the information. I recently suffered a terrible car accident in which I almost died. But I heard a voice in me head: "you will be OK. Everything will be all right"
Do you think it was an angel or a spirit telling me that? Because I wasn't afraid at all, even though it happened at 3:00AM, on a dark, rural road, nobody around and I'm laying there paralyzed, bleeding not able to move my legs.
Was that an angel???

We all have one special Guide whom is with us throughout our whole lifetime on earth. This is the person most commonly called our Guardian Angel. This is never someone we knew on the earth, like a Grandparent.
Krysia, your angelic friend most certainly was with you on that fateful day, to make sure that you were alright.

They are there all the time. They talk to us all the time. They impart wisdom and advice. They drop "brilliant" ideas into our minds. How often do we listen to them?
I listen to my Guidance, but then I have done it for years!

All this "new" Cosmic Ordering is not new at all, it has been around for hundreds of years.

If you need help - ask your angels for that help. It will be given.

If you need something in your life - ask - it will be given.

We have free choice in this World of ours. We are not moulded and manipulated in the way that most people think.

3. If you sit in meditation and ask for your Guide to come to you, you will be able to find out all about him/her and their name, etc.

4. Truthfully speaking we don't need to pray for our Guides. Your healing thoughts for people you know on the earth would be better.

5. The Ouija Board is perfectly safe provided that you have a working Medium sitting around the table with you

Sorry to hear you lost your Grandad. The spirit world will find all sorts of ways to try to let you know that they are still around -

Orbs of light, of all sizes, will just appear from nowhere

Electic lights will flicker or flash on and off

Heating settings can be interfered with

Ornaments can be either moved or broken

Doors and windows will open and close all by themselves

plus many many more!

missingfromheaven, I also want to thank you for answering my question. But I am just curious if there are evil spirits also? This cemetery we hang around seems to bring us bad luck every time we go there. When we sit there and start hearing howling dogs, we freak out and get out of there really fast! Some have heard voices saying"we don't want you here".
Once we video-taped stuff in the night and saw this beautiful blue light appear. It was just sitting there, then it vanished and came back again. We didn't see it with our eyes, only on the video. I have also seen a numerous amount of white lights everywhere around. I have heard something walking through the leaves the whole time. Do these lights represent the spirits?
Like Sylvia Brown, they show her a lot on the "Montel Show" here in the US, and she has a guide (Francine) who tells her stuff that people ask questions about. Isn't that a little weird? Do you also speak with a guide?

I'm a ghost hunter and we investigate the paranormal haunted homes and cemeteries. One picture is taken at an old cemetery from the 1880's by a child's grave at night. We still aren't sure what that is but we believe it could be the spirit of the child or some entity. We did not see it with our eyes, it only came up on the camera. The other is taken at an old house where we believe children died. You can see an orb floating by the doorway.

I suspect it is "some other entity." Probably something quite prosaic, like a camera artefact. What makes you think the spirit of the child is hanging around the grave, rather than somewhere more interesting, like, er... heaven?

There was nothing there when we took the picture. We took another one right after this one and it doesn't show anything.
