Have you ever been in Poland?

- And now the Polonophobic hate-puking piggy-which-pretends-to-be-English is playing a not Polonophobic not hate puking piggy.

I wonder when will a stroke, or heart attack, or malignant cancer finish off the piggy, preferably with its sow and litter? I hope real soon.

The pig has been allowed to oink hatefully in and muck up this 'Polish' forum for ages. Just look at the number of its 'posts.'

It ain't worth leaving comments here. There is no debate (a bit like Polish politics. By the way who won the election? was it Hitler or Stalin?). Any comment with even a whiff of criticism and the harpies fly down an' getcha man!!!
Just say everything in Poland is great and it will all be just hunky-dory!

i agree, the last time he was in Poland was probably when his countrymen were standing on the right side of the Wisla watching Warsaw burn and not doing anything about it, so its best to ignore him really.

I've never been to Poland but I'm intrigued that so many Poles are coming over here (to the UK). I wonder what it is like to come to the UK? I'm presuming people experience some sort of culture shock on arrival, but then what? How does it feel to be a Pole in Britain?

I want to go to Poland desperatly. It will be a while yet though, unfortunaly. I wont to live in Poland for a while, if not permenantly some day!! [that will be determined as i go along.] I get polish language cd's from the library, does this count in your book? Yes, I was a solder in Soviet Army to Poland :-) for two years! It was an air force base near Szczeczin. I was 18...

I passed through Poland once on a drive to Belarus....now i live here....not an easy life , but no regrets about moving...

A few people on here have stated that they are moving to poland permanently or already live in poland. I'm just wondering, what do you do for a living? Teach? Internet business?

I was born in poland (live in canada) and would some day like to live there for maybe 1 or 2 years (to teach english). Other than this i dont see what else i could do there in terms of work...

I would like to visit Poland one day to see where my family sprung from, but finances and other problems dictate that I can't for a while.

Sometimes I would like to go back to Poland I already left England, London for Sweden, mostly becouse of my future husband but also cos I stop liking London(still missing it). Receantly I have got the thought about going back, but don't know if it would be ever possible... and I dont feel ready yet too. But we travel there as often as we can.

I'm living in China, It is not easy to go abroad here, but when my busines is more enough in Europe,i wil go to Poland, to see my penpal .....

i was in poland about 25 year ago.

I live in Poland and would like to visit UK, probably London. For now I luck ideas on what to do after I would arrive on Stanstead (?) or Luton....... I wouldn't mind watching football game but heard I would need to register and go through some hassle. Not that much interested in architecture or touristy things. (...) I guess I'd wait for spring to inspire me.

It depends which club you want to watch. If it's Arsenal then it will be difficult and expensive to get tickets .... but if you'd be happy watching a team like Fulham then you'd have more chance of getting a ticket.

I've been to Poland. I love it there and would very much like to move there if I can get the visa issue sorted (and find a job). That and learning more Polish, learning the laws, customs, etc.
