Can anyone offer any insight please? I met a wonderful Polish girl from wroclaw in Greece, we spent all our free time together, for 3 months fell madly in love! then she went back to Wroclaw and I was gonna follow in a few weeks.

But after speaking every day on the phone one day she just stopped answering without any explanation & has put the phone down since! needless to say I was heartbroken & confused & I'm just wondering is this a normal way to end a relationship in Poland? or is it just her way?

I'm thinking of visiting Wroclaw in the next few weeks just to see if I can find her and maybe get an answer!

I've seen men complain about this same exact thing many times before on this forum. Apparently, it's not uncommon for Polish women to behave this way. I guess in other cultures, people explain why they're leaving you.

I don't think its a matter of culture, but more a question of maturity. When I was younger, I admit, when I didn't want to see someone anymore, I would just blow him off. I figured he'd get the hint. I was just a coward. I thought it was because I didn't want to hurt their feelings, but really, I just didn't want to face the fact and accept the responsibility for hurting someone. It wasn't until it happened to me that I came to the conclusion that its much better to be honest, even if it hurts, then to leave someone guessing. The turmoil it causes, especially when everything seems to be going well, is just unbearable. I had something similar happen and I truly thought something terrible had happened to the guy. I ended up hearing from him again, many months later, to find out he was engaged (to someone he was with before me). I won't go into anymore detail, but I will say, I have met someone new, and I'm much happier with him.....he's so much more than the other guy could ever dream of being. Good luck.

Don't do it. That's called stalking and it will really make her lose respect for you...so let her go and keep your dignity as painful as that may be .

I just think it's the type of women that these guy's are going for. There are players in both courts
Guess you just have to meet a woman with good family values and morals. These guy's are just getting played.
