Right, but there's also a better solution -- to block of a range of IPs associated with ISP (it's easy to determine the poster's Internet Service Provider and find out which range of IPs they use). But it takes a click to ban an IP and the number of "TORs" is limited so the person who's dilligent would actually do us a favour in getting the whole TORs list to ban.
