Cze¶æ,

I’m new to this forum. I’m interested in acquainting myself with Polish culture [and – if possible - gentlemen :]

I’m a 34 year old single white female and have two children aged 12 and 15 years old. I live in North-Holland [about 40 km from Amsterdam]. I’m also Catholic and a member of the neo-catechumenal way.

I don’t speak Polish, would love to learn though, but am fluent in English and Dutch. I moved to Holland when I was 16 – I grew up in Australia. This is me:

Me

[this photo was taken after my baptism during the Easter wake last April] – the baby’s not mine though….

Best regards,

Daniëlle

Hi Benedetta
How do you like Holland? Did you have to get used to a lot of changes? I've never been there yet, and all I know about Holland is that there are windmills, tulips, wooden shoes and Arien.

Holland is a nice place, pretty cool and laid back, only been once, but very nice...lol they dont wear wooden shoes....and as for windmills...lol....they have the in most european countries as they were used for milling the wheat....It also a brilliant place to live as the airport is a good port to fly out of to many destinations

my imagination's bigger. currently day-dreaming (or is that called late-in-the-evening-dreaming?) of finding a fresh virgin. *drools* by the way, dracula's accent is supposed to sound slavic?

I love vampires. vampires are sexy.

really.

Thanks for the welcome [welkom :] - very heartwarming and it's lovely to meet everyone.

Because I've recently moved - I only have acces to Internet at work - don't have Internet at home yet.... so bear with me

Wroclaw - thank you for the compliment *blush*

Huegel - my parents migrated to Australia in 1973 [when my [twin]brother and I were baby's] - we moved to Gawler, South Australia [anyone know the tv show 'McLeods Daughters'? The show is taped there... beautiful country!]. Then we lived in Holland from 1977-1979 [mother was homesick] and moved back to Oz [in 1979] - moved around a lot and ended up in a coastal town called Aldinga Beach.. etc etc etc

Krysia - Holland is a beautiful county [though some may beg to differ]. Though the Dutch unfortunately aren't as openminded as they believe they are... Check this link from a Dutch photographer/Dutch landscapes: URL

Arien - your slewth astounds me :] I live in a town near Alkmaar - you needin' fresh blood eh? and you are how old?...

slewth? hehe.. just clowning around there. and I'm 25, and before you or anyone else gets the wrong idea from my posting, I'm not even remotely romantically interested in anyone.

I just happen to like small talk, and have a weird sense of humour. my bad.
