Help Brzozow family name Tarnawski

Hello,

I need help, my grandfather passed away before I was born and my dad has gave me as much information as he has. My grandfather was born in Poland in Brzozow on the 29.12.1928. His name was Mieczyslaw Tarnawski. His parents name I believe were a Marcin and Maria with siblings called Joseph, Michael and Suzi. I know a lot of my grandads family died in the war and his father was shot. I need help I want to start by finding hopefully a birth or baptism record of Mieczyslaw? I do not know where to look as most websites are in polish if someone could help me or direct me to the correct place I would be most greatful.

You could look at some maps, which should show the local church. The church address will be on a local web-site.

Then write a brief letter, which someone here can translate.

Find a forum for a local town web-site and post a message.
