Ok, Need some help on this Polish book found at a auction!
What type of book did they print in 1957, it contains what looks like presidents songs, it showed how people dressed in certain areas, it had recipes etc, the lists goes on, and it was published in poland.. it had history, etc, but it was sent to new Jersey, then to michigan to a lady who obviously passed away and someone sold her stuff at a auction.
the book was under a bunch of pots and muffin pans which were sold as one big item, and my friend found it and asked me about it.. I dont know, to me it appears to be everything about Poland all in one little compact book, but it isnt really thick, maybe about 300 pages tops. It was amazing to see something that was sent from poland with so much information in it.. thats why we want to know about it..
would anyone know what type of book this would be? like maybe a reference guide? it had everything in it,, I am not kidding, from songs , recipes, presidents, secretarz (remembered that word) and population etc.. when I see her again, I am going to get the exact spelling on the front, and post it again.. it was amazing..
