can someone tell me how the sings under or on some polish letters change the pronunciation? please

ó sounds like u
³ like w
± like on
¶ like sh
æ like ch
ê like en
ñ in word "koñ" would sound like 'coin'
¿ like in "genre"
¼ like Zsa Zsa gabor
