Polish girls in Ukraine have been ethnically cleansed out to current Poland couple of generations ago. Those that are there are fiercely nationalistic (their grandparents fought too hard to be kicked out) and that means they're looking for Polish men only.
Best you look for Ukrainian girls in Ukraine... but then again, you being from Africa and all that, I'm not surprised you're trying to buy meat in a hardware store... ;D))
