Hi Poles, I'm setting up Polish travel agency in London, need your help

I know there are already some polish travel agents in London area. Does anybody know some more information if they are doing well for the customers?

I need to know if you, who used their services (or heard) are satisfied. Are there any gaps to be filled? Is there anything they do not provide? I would appreciate anyone's opinion on the quality of their service and their bad points.
