Maybe I am wrong, but reading many of the posts here seem almost to coincide with those I read from Stormfront.

Pardon my temper.. Well, after being told that I and my race are the reason for communism and all of Poland's trouble, you can see where I would get a bit enraged. It's hard putting up with fascism and arrogance of a race (the Poles) who cannot ever do wrong. THere were hardly any Jews left in Poland after the Holocaust, but yet, somehow the Jews creatd all of Poland's troubles?? Many members here believe all of Poland's communists were Jews, refusing to accept that a majority of them were goy (gentile) Poles, many raised in Catholic households. Of course, these same people will deny that pogroms, racism and oppression ever was commited against Jews in Poland, Russia or Ukraine. Rewriting history has started to become very popular. Perhaps some of these people can take a pilgrimage to Iran, where they have the Holocaust Denial Convention once a year.

For those Poles who do like Jews, please accept my apologies. Reading the posts here you can see why I may be confused.

Ok Torq.. Please accept my apologies.. I will avoid getting into any heated racial discussions on this board. Yes, I have overlooked the many good posts on the board. I guess the bad posts are the ones that received my attention. Actually, I didn't really understand what this board was about until after I engaged in these heated debates.

Yes, I am happy to read the more positive posts about Jews and Poland. As I said, I really thought Jews and Poles should be united and brothers. Sorry for jumping to conclusions that the people who were posting all the nazi crap were Poles. I guess I should have realized that any type of people can register here. I guess it seemed a bit awkward, but it is the internet, afterall.

I will overlook all those nasty posts and focus on the good things here. The Jewish festival in Krakow really has caught my attention. It appears to be one of the largest Jewish cultural festivals in the world. I'm amazed that Jews in Poland are holding such a festival each year. So, if they can have such a large festival in the open, things must not be to bad for Jews in Poland, or at least in Krakow? Maybe, one day I will attend this festival.

In actuality, myself, as well as most other Jews do not hate Poles, Germans, or even Arabs. Its jus when we start getting attacked with racist and degrading language we get very defensive and upset. Yes, sometimes we go as far as blurting out racial insults in return. However, most Jews don't like to get in fights and rather live in peace.

I would much rather make Polish friends and share my culture with them. As well, I know Poles and Jews have had a long history together. The last thing I ever want is to get into virulent food fights with people.

Maybe, I would like to learn more about Polish food, music, dance and art. I do admire the traditional dress of Polish people. Chopin, despite not being a Jew lover, is greatly appreciated by many Jewish music enthusiasts.
