holidays - do Polish people need visa to Caribbean?

The info I get from internet and from tour operator are not consistent... Any experience from your trips there to share? You cannot lose this card, you will need it when you leave. If it is lost, you will need to pay a few dollars. In addition, apply an additional $ 10 fee on exit. However, this does not apply to all passengers.
