here :)

They end up a bit randomly placed.
If you wanted, say, a picture of Łódź, for example, there are already 6 pages to carefully search through.
As there are forums within the PF site, could photos be given their own (sub-)forum?
That would allow threads to carry slightly more specific titles.
I do realise that it would be quite small as there are not that many pictures.
However, it might encourage more people to post photographs of Poland.

The village of Niebieszczany....where my great-grandfather was born and many relatives still live. It is small but very beautiful.

No, it's a solid job by a construction professional. Year (probably) 1906-1908.

There are some great picture here, and I have my share from my first visit to Poland myself (which I shall get around to posting - soon) - but I found the thing that sticks in my memory the most is the people - I thought english people can be friendly, but I now see that we only scratch the surface when it comes to welcoming people.

I have to agree with you there. I never felt so welcome in a place as I did while in Poland. I was related to most of the people I'd met but hadn't really had any communication with the majority of them before my trip....yet they welcomed me with open arms and in some ways treated me better then people that I've known back home in the states for years! *lol*

I recently visited Krakow and Wroclaw (place and forum member!) and have posted some photos on my blog. There are more to come involving Auschwitz and the Cracovia football game. They are not great as my trusty digicam battery malfunctioned and I had to rely on my phone.
