Not sure of the exact recipe... But my mother in law makes a concoction of Wodka, Miod, cytryna i czosnek. Reportedly fends off colds.

Stuff like Nemiroff (Ukrainian) needs to be drunk with a nose clip, it's vile!! It's like the bad medicine that the nurse used to give u at school
