Hong Kong guy looking for a job in Warsaw

I am now 30 years old and looking for job in Poland land. I got more then 5 years job experiences and mostly related to China sourcing and business development. I am now living in Hong Kong and I would like to experience something new in my lives. I hope anyone here could help me to find a job, I do not mind if I have to fly to China for sourcing purpose monthly as this is the job I can do and use my previous working experiences in China.

you could get a job in Poznan really easily, they need a good Chinese chef in Chinese restraunt there, the food tasted awful with the wrong sauces.

The peking duck came with like a pork/mushroom sause instead of hoisin sauce,
and the sweat and sour sauce........ honey/mushroom sause.

apparently the chef was from Peking........and didn't speak English, and only Some Polish select words.

thanks for your reply. However I am not aiming to be a Chinese chief in Poland. I am looking for a more professional task as I can speak mandarin as wall as English. I am experienced in china trade and good experience working in international firm.

What is the minimum scale of sourcing (k$ per month)
you are interested in ?
Are you able to source cheap and reliable LiFePO4 batteries, supercapacitors or BLDC motors ?

I am able to source in china as i have experienced in trading company in Hong Kong. Now I am working in a international firm , i want to come because i met a woman in Hong Kong and now she is now going back to Poland. and my job is now traveling in China and Asia for sales and marketing activities.
