Two-bedroom apartment in very good location on the street. St. Rocha in Poznan. Quiet settlement situated on the Warta River, very near the Old Town (about 10 minutes walk), as well as all major bus and tram lines. Key distances - University of Technology 5 minutes on foot, MTP - 12 minutes by tram, Medical University - 12 minutes by tram, Malta Lake - 12 minute walk, the Old Market 10 minutes walk. The apartment is quiet, located in second floor (building has 5 floors) . It consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It is fully equipped with home appliances (kitchen, fridge, washer, TV) and furniture. In the apartment is the Internet and cable TV. Rental price 1750 zł + rent (600 zł) + elektricity(about 100 zł). Looking at the flat, it's most likely not -

Quiet settlement situated on the Warta River


If it's where I think it is (based on the look of the flat) - it's a haven for drunks at night. Seen quite a few people passed out there, and there's a few brothels nearby.

Rental price 1750 zł + rent (600 zł) + elektricity(about 100 zł).


Too high. It's a 2 room (not 2 bedroom) flat - and no-one is going to pay that in Poznan for an old flat in a slightly seedy/run down part of town.
