Hello,
Three seperate rooms with seperete kitchen in renovated building in the Old Town of Cracow. 5 minutes walking to the Main Market Square and the Univeristy. You can see Wawel Castle from the windows. Fully equipped. The flat is very spacious and luminous. Internet in every room. There is a modern lift in the buiding (the flat is on the 4th floor). The heating system, kitchen equippment is brand new. There are two single beds, one double bed (one additional double matrace) and sofa. The flat has a very comfortable layout - every room has enter from the corridor, kitchen is seperate and there is a big corridor where you can put coats, suitcases, shoes etc. It has two rooms looking on the street and one which is on the backyard (a green one) and you can see Wawel Castle from the window. It's very sunny even during the winter. Room are very spacious (the flat is 80m2). There is a balcony, the neighbours are very nice (also not Polisch - volunteers workers from US) and we are also friendly people :) In Poland there are heavy winters so the heating system is important - our is very good and economical.

The cost of each room (with bills and everything) will be around 250/260 euro (depends on using electricity and gas) - it can be less if you'd be in three people. We can rent the flat until February (you can check how are thigs and if it's comfortable and you can prolongate your stay or not) or the end of June or longer.

No addtitional fee - the offer is directly from the owner :) Contact me on e-mail and I can send you some photos and other details. michalef@poczta.fm

English speaking owner + rent in Euro = rip off.
