Flat for rent in Kraków, Mistrzejowice area. New block of flats situated in the suburbs, close to a park and an artificial lake. Tram and bus terminal nearby. The flat is on the second floor, there are lifts. One room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. 38 square metres. New floor tiles and panels, tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom. New fridge. Used washing mashine. Furniture- used but undamaged. Access to the Internet. Total cost per month: approximately PLN 1200 to 1300 plus Internet. Rent + utilities must be paid in advance. Photos on request.

Hi, could you send me some photos of the apartment, for the price of 1200 to 1300zl, does this include all heating and water. Is there a seperate electric meter that needs to be paid. thanks

1200-1300 will only be for the flat. Utilities will be extra. For current prices go on 'gumtree'
