Nice, cozy room in an old, stylish, recently renovated building just next to Wawel castle to let.
I am looking for a nice, easy going, open minded flatmate to share big (70 m2), warm (gas heating), stylish (tile stoves), nicely located (next to Wawel castle) apartment with me. It has been recently renovated, has a big kitchen , 3 rooms, bathroom and toilet. The room to let is 14 m2, unfurnished, 750 z³ +media bills, available from the 1st of March.
I use the smallest room to practice massage. I am looking for an easy going, open minded person (non-smoker:) for short or long term.
