Hi all,

We decided to leave Poland for a few years and would like to rent out our house for the period. It is around 170sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. We moved in close to 2 years and all installation (kitchen, bathroom,etc...) are relatively new. The house is in "Villa Magdalenka" which a a relatively new projects with 50-60 houses inside the forrest. Decorated with high quality material (hardwood floor, tailor made kitchen in solid wood, fireplace, etc...). 600sqm garden. The style is NOT the local 'luxury' type, which means without any (gold/marble/or things that popular in Russia).

If anyone interested pls PM me.

Rgds, Anton

I don't know this bloke, so I'm impartial.

Magdalenka, infamous for a shootout between 2 gangsters (one ex Russian commando) and unwary police a few years ago, is a nice residential area set in woodland.

The problem really is getting into Warsaw - by road through traffic jams. No train line - buses only.

That's the sad truth. Honestly traffic is really bad. I am working in Mokotow area and will need to take all those short cuts (relatively OK conditions, is small road with not too much holes), and it took around 45 min in the morning (around 8.00) but except Fri, return at 6pm took around 25-30 min from Krakowska.

I will not suggest anyone without car as the house is quite 'inside' the forrest (with a newly built road), walking to the nearest bus stop or shop will take you 15 min.

Despite all that, is a very quite and nice area to live. Suitable for family with small kids and not for anyone enjoy nightlife.

I don't know this bloke either.

The area of Mgdelenka close to osiedle " Villa Magdenlenka " is just off the road 721. The area is green with lots of forests, there are retaurants opening up and it is very close to Janki shopping center. Perfect area if your business is on the road out to Krakow or Wroclaw. It would be easy to get to the American school, although a nightmare for the British school

Varsovian, if you do your homework the shootout was actually in Lesznawola and it was in the 90's.
