Looking for a flat close to city center?

As I am a foreigner myself, I'm happy to rent my apartment to foreigners (have helped with VISA, etc).

Normally, the text of the "ad" is:
A freshly renovated, quiet 27 m2 apartment on Grochowska corner with Nasielska is waiting for a nice lessee. The apartment is ideal for a couple or two students.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully equipped:
The kitchen is big and light and has a microwave, a gas stove and a fridge.
The bathroom has a bath tub / shower, a big mirror, toilet and a hanging drier.
There is one big room which is fully equipped: 2 bed-chairs / a sofa for 2 pple, 2 computer tables, shelves, a 3-door closet, and a mirror.

sandrabichl: A freshly renovated, quiet 27 m2 apartment... Is it a studio flat, at 27m2? Or is that the size of the main room? and the kitchen, bathroom and hallway are separate? If it is the latter, you would normally put in the full size of the apartment including all floorspace, as a 27m2 is a tiny studio. It just might help your advertisement.
