Hi We,

I have to rent an exclusive residences with an area of 350m2. We provide our guests two swimming pools with heated water (internal and external). The residence has a large beautiful garden. Two garages and parking spaces keel in the fenced area. Wi-Fi for Free. In the living room TV Samsung 55-inch 3D. Pool table, two bathrooms (bath& separate shower). + A small bathroom on the living room. Residence for 16 people. The residence has a 1 year. The residence has a large terrace with a set of lounge furniture. Please see the pictures as it looks. Breakfast buffet included. Pool table available.

Residence is located in Puszczykowo.

The residence is just 16 km from the stadium (25min. by car) and 20 km from the airport (30 min. By car).

Available rooms:
Room 1: 3 beds for 2 persons
Room 2: 1 bed for 2 persons
Room 3: 2 beds for 4 people
Room 4: 2 beds for 4 people

Daily cleaning included.

You can buy a package All Inclusive in the price of 140 euros per person per day. The price includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner (Swedish table, alcohols (vodka, Jack Daniels, beer, etc..) + Two girls to handle.

For an additional fee of 30 euros / person can be transported from the airport to the residence and back. The same rate applies to transport to the game.

The required security deposit: 10,000 euros (deposit will be refund the absence of damage).

Price per night including breakfast euro 590/per person.

Price of package 710/per person euros all inclusive.

The prices is per day.

The minimum rental period is 10 days.

I think anyone with the cash for that would probably not bother staying on in Warsaw anyway but would head home in their private jet. It's 4 x the price of the best hotels in Warsaw.

at least it is a 'genuine rip off'
and I am sure if someone was dumb enough to pay their money they would be able to stay there

what you need to be aware of is similar offers at more or less the market rate, where the owner
is asking for a hefty deposit up front
then you turn up at the address to find a very bemused Polish family wanting to know why you want to sleep at their flat
as they tell you in broken English that you are the fifth group of tourists who had been directed to that address

avoid western union like the plague when it comes to paying deposits
