Built in 1956 with balcony, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, first floor.
Great for Erasmus students.
Well maintained - new paint, windows, security enforced metal entry doors, CO pipes and recently (May 2009) redone from scratch bathroom and replaced inside doors. There is no bathtub, shower cabin was installed instead.
Wood floors, gas range, gas water heater. New (June 2010) washer.
The monthly rent is PLN 2000. You pay your own utility bills such as water, heating, gas, electricity. 2 months rent security deposit is mandatory. Appartment suitable for up to 2-3 people.
A non-smokers and no pets rule applies.
Very quiet street, balcony on the former fruit tree grove, presently used as a part of kindergarden playground in green and calming surroundings.
Five minute walk to Raclawicka Metro/Subway station or to Pulawska Street. Walking distance (10-15 mins) to the corner of Rakowiecka Street and Aleje Niepodleglosci, where SGH and SGGW schools are located.
Downstairs you will find very handy little deli store, slightly bigger one, 100 meters towards the Pulawska street.
Right at Pulawska and Dabrowskiego you are at Morskie Oko park - winter heaven for children and green area for family walk in the summer.
From there it is another 3-5 minutes walk to Lazienki Park.
Location is very good, you will need to park your car on the street.
