A modern, comfortable apartment in Lobzow - quiet and green neighborhood yet within walking distance from the Rynek (the square in the middle of the Old Town) - 15 mins on foot. All kinds of shops - including one open round the clock - nearby. Two playgrounds are also within easy reach, even on small feet.
The apartment consists of:
- master bedroom with a king size (180x200 cm) bed and two matching cabinets providing ample storage space for clothing,
- second bedroom (it used to be our daughter's room) with a closet providing even more storage space,
- a small study adjacent to the living room,
- living room (with a modern leather sofa - that can be turned into a bed for guests staying overnight - and additional furniture),
- kitchen with custom built furniture and filly equipped with Siemens/Bosh appliances (fridge, electric oven with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), the sink is equipped with an InSinkErator food waste disposer.
- bathroom with a large jacuzzi bathtub, heated floor and furniture (cabinets etc.),
- separate WC.
Central heating from MPEC - the most economical heating in Cracow. Additionally there is an electric radiator in the bathroom (very practical to keep your towels dry & pleasantly warm) and the floor can be also electrically heated. Gas burning water heater in the bathroom provides hot water.
Recently laid wooden paneling in all rooms. Kitchen, bathroom and WC have ceramic tiles on the floors.
An interesting aspect of this apartment is that it has fully functional CAT5a structural cabling, as well as audio cabling that allows distribution of the audio signal from a HiFi or TV to the bathroom and the bedroom. There are even loudspeakers installed in the bathroom ceiling. We have never used them, but the cabling was handy for creating a small LAN. Fast Internet connection is available from Aster (former GH Net network) or UPC (not included in the price).
