The entire apartment is up for 580 euros per month. This is a 47 square meter apartment with 2 rooms available for 1-4 people. It is located on plac Generała Tadeusza Kościuszki next to Renoma and only minutes away from the center, several cinemas, bars, clubs and other attractions. It has been newly renovated, with all new furnishings, windows, doors, appliances (oven, washing machine, refrigerator, toilet, shower etc). The price includes heating and water, there will be a minor fee for electricity.

It wants to be very high spec for that price, In the centre of Poznan you can rent somewhere 80m2 in a private modern complex with security and underground parking for 2800zl per month. Think maybe you are just trying to rip people off who don't know better.

loads on gumtree.pl the same size and a bit bigger than yours for about 1500zl per month, It's hard to say without seeing the flat but like I said unless it's something special you're about a grand overpriced.

I just can't understand how you have come to this conclusion, just because we don't like being ripped off does not mean we want everything for nothing.

Find some one else to troll brit if you were actually interested you could have bargained but your sole motivation seems to be derived from boredom, or something less pleasant.

I kind of understand where you are coming from but it doesn't change the fact that that there are loads of apartments the same size of yours for at least 1000zl less per month. If you have four people living in your place that means that each of them could save 250zl minimum per person per month, which is quite a lot to a student.

listen mate you decided to advertise your flat on an open forum. The whole idea of forums is that people debate things, if you don't want people to reply to your post put your ad somewhere else. I was just trying to advise you that you are charging way above market value. Tool.

It does seem very expensive. More expensive than something comparable in the Warsaw, never mind the provinces.
