Nice apartment to rent is located near Goworka and Sobieskiego streets, in the middle of Morskie Oko Park - green and calming surrounding.
A few minutes walk to Lazienki Park. 3km to the centre of the city.

The apartment (56 m2) on the 2nd floor contains two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped.

A non-smokers and no pets rule applies, no exception.
On your request: internet, cable tv, phone.

Monthly rent-charge: 2.100 PLN + water, gas and electricity (around 200-250 PLN monthly). Monthly rent deposit is mandatory.
