Under 10 minutes walk to Rondo ONZ and Palace of Culture. Five tram stops to Old Town or walk 25 minutes. 3500 zlotys per month for long term stay. Prices for short term stay to be agreed upon. Prices include water, electricity, heating, TV and Internet. Option to use the Holmes Place Pool, Gym and Spa also parking and housekeeping. Furnished with crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, pillows, quilts, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, kettle, microwave, toaster etc.

yes about 15 mins to Rondo ONZ and 25 to the palace of culture. Looks a nice appartment, but apparently that building is full of burdels.....

Really? I've not heard that before. And a good mate of mine who is a huge fan of mongering used to live right next door!

The ground level with shops/restaurants has a lot of elegant flyers laying around advertising services, and apparently you can even see into some of the apartments in question from the neighbouring gym. I guess there must be a lot of business from the hotel.

Incidentally, the pizza place on the ground floor is superb and I'd highly recommend it.
