Hi guys,

I offer quite new (2008) furnished and fully equipped one room flat with a separate kitchen, bathroom, balcony with great view for a stadium !
Flat is maximum for 4 people because it's only 31 sqm. There is free, high speed Wifi, Tv, fridge and all others stuff you need, in front of the building are 3 shops open till 11 pm.
Very good location, distance to the stadium is about 5 min by car and 25 min on foot. Distance to the city center about 10-15 min by taxi.

Price: 400 euro per day
500 euro returnable deposit paid at the day of the arrival.

It took me about two minutes to find somewhere online, for four persons, for under £170 (for a two-night stay). But hey... They will keep the 500 euro deposit as well, and you need a minimum booking of 10 nights. Irish option is to hire a camping van and drive to all match's and stay in van, it worked in New Zealand for the rugby.

The location is quite poor if you can see the stadium from there, and you can get something in the centre (in a hostel/hotel) for that price.

I didn't think about that. Probably i will but it doesn't matter at now. I will sign two way rental agreement for sure.
You're writing about location, it depends what you looking for. My flat is an good option if you want to live near stadium. As i said to the city center is about 10-15 min by car is that far?! From balcony you can see stadium and city center as well because it 8th floor.

Of course it matters, because other business owners (such as proper accomodation providers) have to pay tax, and so should you.

What's the street/osiedle? And yes, it certainly is far, especially as Poznan will be crowded during that time and the roads will be jammed.

The flat is located in Piątkowo district, near is two bus stop (about 50 and 150 meters) and PST (similar to metro).
Located 15 minutes from center and about 25 minutes to Stadium.
Price for rent is depended from time of your visit/residence:
1 day 250 Euro for flat
2-4 days – 180 Euro per day for flat
More than 4 days – 150 Euro per day for flat

I have two rooms for rent (one room for 3 person) in the middle of Poznan. Its about 15 minutes from central railway station and about 20 minutes from city center all by walk. From city stadium is 20 minutes with tram. About 20 meters from the apartament house is secured parking.

In the apartment you can use kitchen and bathroom.

It is possible to buy some traditional breakfast and dinner from my mother.

I'm Wojtek

Me and my family live near Poznan and 20km from stadium in Poznań. We will help you to visit our city during Euro 2012 and the term from June 8th - 11th 2012 or 16th - 19th 2012. (3 nights) really suits us.
We offer a room in our house with access to showers, computer, TV and refrigerator (hehe) and of course we offer you to spend time with us completely for free. Because the stadium is 20km from our house on the game I'll take you to a stadium and received after the match (on phone) as the cooling off - after a “win” (completely for free too).
Assure the airport shuttle service is not a problem also for free.
On no matches (9,06,12 or 17,06,12) will gladly show you the city or what you will of course want for free.

All we ask and what is important to us because we want to help true fans:

First come alone or with one person - his wife or girlfriend, father and soon because we have no more places to sleep
Second you do not mind a small dog

Third the day of departure you will not attempt to pay us

We will be glad to welcome you so as you are interested please send us information about the arrival and is not a problem if your photo.
