Hi, I offer to let out bright, clean, nice 2-room apartment located close to the centre of the City (Ulanow street). It has approx. 54m2 and consists of a small bedroom, living room with open space kitchen area, bathroom, hall with build-it wardrobes. Flat is equipped with fridge, electric cooker, washing machine. It's partly furnished. Gren area around, Aqua Park, Multicinema.

Monthly payments: 1600 pln includes rent and administration fee (cold water, garbage disposal) + gas + electricity according to use.
Available from February 2012.
