Room to rent for female - Warsaw Mokotow area

Hi,

We have 2 rooms in two different flats to rent for female (Mokotow area) FROM NOW
We are not agency but private persons

PORY 61 str.
1 room at Pory 61 Str. - Modern, deluxe apartment (60sq.m.), new builiding (2008), security, 4th floor, elevator; The apartment consists of 3 independent rooms, bathroom (bathtube with shower), kitchen (fully equiped, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kitchenware, etc), hall.
Room: fully equipped (sofa, closet, desk, chair, tv, wi-fi).
Public transport: buses with good connectivity with the Warsaw subway or with city centre (one bus to krakowskie przedmiescie str.)
Cost: PLN 1200/room + utility bills (about PLN90-100/room/month)
Availability: FROM NOW
Two other rooms are occuppied with English speaking girls

ORZYCKA 6
1 room at Orzycka 6 Str. - Builing from 2002, 70sq.m., 2nd floor, elevator, 3 independent rooms, bathroom (bathtube with shower), kitchen, toilet, hall
Room: sofa, closet, desk, tv, wi-fi (also fully equipped)
Public transport: many buses at Orzycka Str. (bus no 174, 193) and at Rzymowskiego Str. (bus no: 117, 136, 138, 141, 165, 182, 176, 186, 189, 401, 504, N01, N33, and 14, 17, 18)
Cost: PLN 1200/room + utility bills (about PLN70-90/room/month)
Availability: FROM NOW
Two other rooms are occuppied with English speaking girls.

A 60 meter flat cannot have three bedrooms. Do the two girls living there know they will have someone living in the living room?

You'd think so. One of my neighbours is selling a 4 room flat. 58sqm. That must feel cramped.

Those flats look good in the pictures, and the area is OK but they are very, very expensive even for Warsaw. Expecting utilities to be paid on top is adding insult to injury at those prices.

Those are indeed laughable prices. Looks like the owners got burned on the property market and now can't sell up because their EUR-denominated loan is well above the PLN value of the property. So they are planning to rob foreigners until they get their cash back. 1,300zl per month for a room in the suburbs? I know people who pay a couple of hundred more than that and have their own flat in the city centre!

From my reading of it, i think they are using the living room as a bedroom as well.

It's valid but for girls only (there are two girls and they want us to look for the third one).

these pics look great but seems a bit dear. im looking for a similar flat built ok 2000-2008 i have 350,000pln-450,000pln. is this possible?? please help

Polish girls are quite messy.One Ukrainka confirmed recently my suspicion.Czech girls like klid(cleanliness,order) but Polki not so much(older Polki better in this regard).
