Steve this looks like just a ROOM. It is not a whole flat. You are looking at what the poster is calling a room for two people because of the two beds (or one bed and a fold out sofa it looks like) You would be sharing the toilet and kitchen and whatever else with however many other people live there. I am telling you this because you seemed to be looking for your own flat in another thread.

It's beyond ugly!

Even for Półwiejska, it's way overpriced. You can get a place at the start of Dolna Wilda for 1200zl all inclusive - a much bigger place all to your own, at that.

Usual office prices there run about 80zl/sqm - so for residential accomodation (it isn't a particularly desirable place to live) - it's very extortionate.
