room for rent in a student's flat (the Targówek/Bródno district)

I’m offering a room in a student's flat (with 2 Polish students) from February 10, 2011. The room is homely (about 10 m2), spacious and furnished. I’m looking for student (non-smoker) to live in it. The flat has 2 rooms and is situated in the Targówek/Bródno district, in a guarded housing estate, about 30 min from the Centre. Convenient location, good public transport links, close to shops, pharmacy, fitness center, park, etc. Monthly cost for student renter is 1000 zł (about 250 Euro). Wifi internet connection, electricity, water and other charges are included in this price range. I assure a comfortable room, nice atmosphere and even Warsaw sightseeing (if you want :)
