No smoking person – precondition.
Location – Jana Olbrachta, close to bus stops and tramway line (in front of building or 2-3 min walks), shops, swimming pool, parks. 20 minutes from the City Center.
For exclusive use:
15m2room, fully furnished with TV (48 chanels)
For shared use:
Living room, combined with kitchen and large balcony.
Kitchen: Fridge (side by side), oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Bathroom with WC + separate WC. Washing machine and dryer.
Internet 2 GB included. Home phone available for use (external calls pay additionally according to billing).
Time for rent – to be agreed, with no limitation.
Total cost for rent – 300 EURO (= 1200 PLN)
Deposit = 300 EURO (=1200 PLN)
