Room for rent in Warsaw/city center

I have a room for rent (12 sqms) in a recently renovated flat next to Rondo ONZ (5 mins on foot to the Central Station, 10 mins to Metro Świętokrzyska). The room is furnished and with WI - FI connection.
New kitchen and bathroom.
Rent: 1200PLN per month (includes bills).
Available from June.

A mate of mine rents a 40 metre flat one tram stop north of Rondo ONZ. He pays 1500zl for the entire apartment. Good luck renting that single room!
