Hi,

I have a small (8m) room to let for erasmus or foreign studens in 3-bedroom

flat situated between Służew subway station and Galeria Mokotów.
Next to the building there is a bus stop, where you can take buses(193, 174)

directly to the city center (20min), Warsaw School of Economics (15min),

Warsaw School of Life Sciences (10-15min), generally you can get everywhere

you want in a short time. Night lines (36n and 34n) - you can easily come

back from parties in one piece ;))

The room is completely furnished, with internet. Nice bathroom with shower,

washing machine.

We provide nice student atmosphere. There are 2 of us: Jola(I study economy)

and Mateusz (hi studies something more complicated but connected with

economy). We are funny, open-minded and easy-going. We party often but mainly

outside. Of course when everyone agree and it doesn't disturb we can make

something in our place. We can speak english and german (and polish

obviously).

We are looking for studying person who dosn't smoke (cigarettes ;] ), is able

to keep relative tidiness, communicative with a good sense of humor.

We have a mouse in our kitchen, under the table - but it doesn't stink and

almost doesn't eat so it makes no problems ;)

Monthly payment: 775 zł (all possible bills like internet, electricity, water

included in price)

Hi Jola,

I sent you an e-mail a few weeks ago but I didn't get a reply yet.
I am still very interested in the room, could you let me know something?

Edward.
