A studio to let in Old Town Area, Warsaw

As last year (and a year before:) I am having a studio to let in Old Town area, Warsaw. It is one bedroom plus spacious kitchen. Furnished with essentials, a room has a view of Kozia Street, kitchen of courtyard. Nice neighborhood, and neighbors (two flats on floor). 10 minutes on foot (or 2 minutes by bus) from Warsaw University, Polish Academy of Sciences, Teatralny and Piłsudski Squares (metro station “Ratusz” just 15 minutes away). Access to the building secured with intercom and gated courtyard.

26 sqm, 2nd floor (3rd - American)
Street: Krakowskie Przedmiescie
Rental fee – 1700 zl (plus electricity and gas charges).
Vegans, Vegetarians - 5-10 % off :)
Rental contract written both in Polish and English.
