As last year (and a year before:) I am having a studio to let in Old Town area, Warsaw. It is one bedroom plus spacious kitchen. Furnished with essentials, a room has a view of Kozia Street, kitchen of courtyard. Nice neighborhood, and neighbors (two flats on floor). 10 minutes on foot (or 2 minutes by bus) from Warsaw University, Polish Academy of Sciences, Teatralny and Pi³sudski Squares (metro station “Ratusz” just 15 minutes away). Access to the building secured with intercom and gated courtyard.

26 sqm, 2nd floor (3rd - American)
Street: Krakowskie Przedmiescie
Rental fee – 1700 zl (plus electricity and gas charges).
Vegans, Vegetarians - 5-10 % off :)
Rental contract written both in Polish and English.
