at the moment I may say it will be available from February till May
monthly fee: 1850pln/month (includes "czynsz" and wi-fi [with router])
+ electricy, gas, water
+ deposit: 600pln

That looks like quite good value. How many rooms are there? (For most 'Westerners' that's more important than the number of square metres.)

2 rooms, but nothing like 2 + living room, just 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen
