This is flat of me and my family, so we definately prefer families or couples (vs. 6 men loud'n'drunk group). Therefore also a standard of flat is, I would say standard (neat). Normal, a little bit more space, cared flat.

I would rent my flat which is located in the city centre of Wrocław on Wielka street. It's about 15 min to market by walk and about 20 min to the stadium by car. Flat has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It's very good for four people. Property is very nice because it was renovated in 2011. For now all dates are available. As an option is possible to carpoolto the stadium or/and the airport as well.

if you are still interested in renting a flat in Wroclaw, here is my offer:

Comfortable with an excellent location 10-15 minutes (6 km) by bus/tram from the Stadium, 7 minutes (3km) from the city center and 9km from the airport.

It has 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds; 2 single beds; additional matresses possible), 1 bathroom (both a shower and a bath), fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi internet. The apartment is furnished and equipped. Bus/tram stops and a railway station (Wroclaw Mikolajow) right next to the building.

My name is Henryk Kalinowski. I'd like to offer you renewed (last October) apartment with 3 separated rooms. Each room can accommodate 2 people. It's fully equipped (brand new washing machine, huge fridge and gas stove). 2 rooms are equipped with 2 separated beds/each room and 1 room is equipped with 1 bed(can sleep up 2). The apartment is located within 10 min walk to Centennial Hall (Unesco Site), Zoo, Olympic Stadium and Japanese Garden. This is the most expensive, and most "wanted" district.
You can easily find it on maps.google.pl - just put " Ul. Spoldzielcza 25, Wroclaw ". Tram station is located 3min by foot. 2 rooms for rent in Wroclaw - Euro 2012.
I have two rooms (15 an 20 square meters) for rent in my 3-rooms apartment in Wroclaw. In the 3rd room lives a student.
Both rooms have totally 4 beds, but more people are welcome. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The apartment is located on the Orzechowa street. There is a direct tram connection (line 31 and 32) between the Orzechowa street and the stadium. It takes about 40 minutes by tram or 20 minutes by car to get there. There is a free parking lot in front of the building.

We have a room for rent during Euro 2012 in Wroclaw.

Our flat is in the city center on Psie Budy street (2 min by foot to the main square where is the Fan Zone). Distance to the stadium: 9 km (20 min by tram).

Room is around 20 m2 with two beds (one single, one double) and there is a possibility to add one extra single bed. Acces to the wi-fi internet, kitchen with all aquipement, bathroom with shower and wc.

We speak english.
