That looks so cold and sterile, no warmth at all. Good luck getting 3500zl for it.

Hah, 5 minutes drive if the traffic is clear, otherwise it can be much longer. By tram, you're about 15-20 minutes away. The zoo is quite a walk from the centre - it's not conveniently located, that much is certain.

Usual "English speaking tax" applies here, I think.

Actually it's a really good location. I don't recall there being any trams out there, I think buses run there though. It's very close to the center, yet still feels like it's outside of town. Lots of places to go for a walk, lots of green, and that neat footbridge that goes over to the river to the zoo. There is barely any traffic out there.

I thought it was on the side of Hala Ludowa, shows how well I (don't) know Wroclaw! I was thinking about the journey from the zoo to the Rynek - but yeah, you're right, it's a quiet part of the city over that side of the Odra.

Speaking of the zoo, they're opening up the Japanese Gate this summer on the banks of the Odra, so I see - that'll do wonders for making the walk along the Odra even more attractive than it already is.
