Looking for an apartment in warsaw (3 bedrooms)

Hi!
we are 3 students of Erasmus, we are looking for an apartment to spend the next year (September / October 2010 until June 2011)in Warsaw.

We need the apartment has three bedrooms. And if possible, that was in the center of the city, or near, between Park lacienki - City Centre - Praga Poludnie

We are three Spanish students who arrived in Warsaw on 14th September. We will be in Warsaw from September 2010 to June 2011.
We are looking for an apartment in Srodmiescie.

We need this apartment has three bedrooms, (+ lounge, kitchen and bathroom.) Would also be important to have internet, washing machine, etc ...
looking for a flat between 3000 and 3500 Zl.

In case you can accept three separate rooms without lounge, I may be able to help out with 3 separate rooms within your budget in Srodmisecie. OR 4 rooms but then you must be flexible on budget.
