I am selling my apartment in Lodz. It is situated on Plac Wolnosci, which is the most central point in Lodz. All transport links and also Ulica Piotrkowska (the main street of Lodz) are outside the front door. Front room windows have a great view of Plac Wolnosci, Ulica Piotrkowska. You will not get a more central location. It is also 5 minutes walk from Manufactura shopping district.

Apartment is 57m2 and comprises of 3 rooms and also a kitchen, hall, Toilet /shower room. There is also a basement lockup of 3m2.

Apartment is on the 3 rd floor of a 4 story concrete built apartment block. Apartment is in good condition and currently has one tenant.
