The flat isn't worth that much - it's worth about 1000zl maximum. I know someone who rents a flat just across the road from Stary Browar, in those new-ish blocks on Gorna Wilda - and she's paying 950zl a month for it.
Sorry, try again :) Wilda's a bad area - no way is it worth that much.
(for what it's worth - you can rent a 3 room flat in Rataje for that price)
