Looking for a room or apt in Warsaw

Hello, I will be going for my Master's degree at SGH and have been looking for accommodation. I am looking for a place near Mokotowskie or Politechnika. This is fairly urgent as I'm staying with family friends and don't want to overstay my welcome. I am male, 24 and do no smoke. I am easy-going and social. I speak some Spanish and even less Polish. One more thing--I would like said room or apartment to be furnished, this is includes a bed, desk, and cooking supplies.
