Hey Yigit,

Maybe I can help you. I'm currently renting a room in an apartment in the centre of Warsaw. Its a little more expensive than "normal" student rooms but it has its benefits. Quick internet, an own room, sharing bathroom and huge living room with only 1 person (24 year old canadian studying at Warsaw University). The place is right next to the central station, tram station, bus station and metro. To Warsaw school of economics is around 15 minutes I guess.

Total price with all bills, everything included: 1500 zl per month.

Here is a link where you can view the apartment:

Let me know what you think; k.verduijn@student.maastrichtuniversity.nl

Hehe best online flat presentation I have seen so far ( it may be a bit risky I wouldn't show that much detail about address). Real estate agents should follow your example :).

I have 1 room for rent in a 2-br apt. in Saska Kepa, shared kitchen and bathroom with one female tenant occupying the other bedroom. The room is of a decent size (about 16 m2), clean and sunny, with balcony, hardwood floor.

Nice location on a quite residential side street, off commercial Francuska Str. with restaurants, shops, etc.; near all transportation (2 stops to Nowy Swiat thru the Poniatowski Bridge). Rent 950 PLN + utilities. Please email me for more info at tmark4@yahoo.com.
