Hi

I am currently in Krakow and looking for a room to rent - preferably close to the centre.

Can anyone advise on what the best way of finding something is? Everything I find seems to be unreasonably priced because I am clearly not Polish :)

Alternatiely, if there is anyone out there looking to flatshare, get in touch, two people looking might be better than one :)

go on ...www.krakow.gumtree, there are places there for rent...
It all depends of why you want a room in city centre - they are more pricey, but you can always share. If you respond to any of the ads - young students mostly speak English anyway. Just look at the details and respond.

Try taking a Polish friend or colleague with you.

But a couple of agents I've spoken to at the moment told me that the market is pretty good out there for landlords at the moment, so it might not just be you...

Are you male or female and are you happy to share a room?

I have a flat for rent in Kraków, Mistrzejowice area. New block of flats situated in the suburbs, close to a park and an artificial lake. Tram and bus terminal nearby. The flat is on the second floor, there are lifts. One big room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. 38 square metres. New floor tiles and panels, tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom. New fridge. Used but workable washing mashine. Furniture- used but undamaged. Access to the Internet. Total cost per month: approximately PLN 1400 for two people, including utilities, so the price is low. Rent + utilities must be paid in advance though.

Photos on request if you provide an e-mail address.

The flat has two big sofas, so two people can live there.

It is half an hour by bus or by tram. trams and buses run every few minutes though. And it is available for long-term renting. Regards

Hi,

I have a rather big apartment in Kazimierz where i live alone. Ive been staying there for around 3 months now, but the apartment is rather big for one person so i could use a roomate.

The apartment is on meiselsa, only 10 minute walk from Rynek and right in the heart of kazimierz.
Let me know if you could be interrested.
