Hey, im living in czestochowa (around 100km from Lodz and around 150 km from Wroclaw) but i know how much is for month if You want rental flat. It depends on where it will be flat, on what flor and for how long and how it will be big. Usually in Lodz near central part of this city not big flat i mean two rooms with kitchen and bathroom will be cost around something around 1000-1300 polish zloty. For example please here -> http://dom.gratka.pl/mieszkania/lodz/wynajem/. Ofcourse please dont forgot to sign papers to protect Yourself from some not fair guys.
About Wroclaw it will be almost the same, but Wroclaw is mostly city of students and there price can be litlle higher but not so much, -> http://tnij.com/Xvjcz <- these flats are near central part of Wroclaw. Not exacly central but close. Greetings
