USA Journalist/Writer, 60s, Seeks Quiet Room May 1 to October 31 (6 months)

Greetings,

I am an American journalist/writer (60s) who will be in Poland May 3 to October 31 to write about the Chopin 2010 Celebrations, including the Chopin International Piano Competition in October. I am seeking a quiet room, nothing fancy, nothing too expensive, anything with good transportaton, and furnished with at least a bed. Something with WiFi would be ideal.

At your request I can provide references both from USA and Warsaw. I would be a good choice as a renter since I am quiet, respectful, tidy, and pay on time. I am a good choice for someone who would rather not rent a room in their place, but need the money.

Of course, May 1 is about 2 months away but perhaps something comes to mind. I will be available to see rooms/apartments starting Monday, May 3.

if you're on facebook check Umberto Ferrada, he's got a place to let but I do not know the details, it's at 1400 PLN or so, so probaby not too fabulous :-)
